Situations in which coaching could help you are: Decision-making when you are uncertain as to which direction to take at work or life You want to feel more confident at work or in a social setting You want to feel happier and more confident You’ve lost your mojo and feel stuck You lack a plan in life or purpose – you feel like you are drifting You want to feel less overwhelmed and anxious You have an interview or presentation coming up and want to feel more confident Something in the past is worrying or troubling you need to talk it through Whatever the reason for getting in touch, I can offer a safe space for you to talk about your feelings without judgment and in confidence. Sessions are held at Dobson House, Regent Farm Road, Newcastle, NE3 3PF or on Zoom and the session will last 1 hour. Once purchased you will receive a voucher where it will include all the details and how to book the session. Vouchers can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
