Description Simply wet Paperdeco slightly with water, sponge off any excess moisture then gently pull apart the fibers for the desired effect. Paint Paperdeco then apply or secure using a small amount of Powertex as an adhesive then paint Paperdeco after securing to the sculpture/canvas.
