18″ 2″ extension 14 karat gold plated sterling silver rough cut aquamarine and faceted blue topaz stones. The circle faceted blue topaz stones are 8mm and the pear ones measure 6mm x 9mm. The rough cut aquamarine stones from the top to the largest center pendant measure 18mm x 10mm, 6mm x 20mm, and 13mm x 30mm.
